UPDATE: GM Nyxus announced that Rune Tattoos were updated with more smarts when INVOKEd without a target. INVOKE 1212 will not search the tattoo until that spell is found rather than failing when the first one did not match. Details:

Rune tattoos have been updated to be more intelligent when INVOKEd without a target. For example, INVOKE 1212 will now search your character’s rune tattoos until a tattoo with 1212 is found, whereas previously this command would only succeed if the first rune tattoo contained 1212. INVOKE 1212 <target> may still be used to ensure that a specific rune tattoo is used as the target.
